curable part - II
It is true that the place we sit, the things we see, the surrounding we feel, and the objects we touch change our minds to the fullest. No matter in what scenario we are in when we realize something coolest we tend to calm down ourselves. Every morning when we reach the office with millions of thoughts boiling inside us gives an add up to the worst situations in our work areas. At that time the commercial interior decorators are the antibiotics for us. This was clearly witnessed in the forthcoming scenario...
So to begin with, our employee remained quiet even after the firing explanation given by the manager. He couldn't explain his mistake as his surrounding influenced him to the fullest. The manager on one side looked totally helpless as he was in a shameful state. Then he gradually became little calm and sat down in the employee's chair. the moment he sat, his backbone relaxed and all his pain caused due to standing for straight 20 mins was gradually flying off. He just looked around his cabin and observed every single object. At that time when his body and his brain were in the cold war, he was able to convince himself to calm down just by the observation done by him. The lighting set up along with the color of the tables and desk and a tiny little pen stand attached with a small calendar gave him the answers for his bad mood which he expected from his employee. He remained silent for the next 10 minutes gazing at every object in the employee's cabin. Even his cabin had all these, but he couldn't accept that this cabin gave a different feel apart from his one. finally, in the meantime, the employee opened his mouth and apologized for the flaws he committed. He came forward to explain the mistake and said, sorry sir I didn't notice the mistakes. I thought I did it in the correct manner but dint bother to recheck it. I will rework it and submit it within two days, sir. To be honest, the manager dint care to listen to his explanation as he already understood the reason behind this flop. but then he listened to him and nodded in a disappointed manner. The employee didn't give up on his explanation and continued to apologize. At a point, the manager stopped him and gave him stern look. He said, I get your story but I need this reworked within the earliest time. the employee studiously nodded his head and said sure sir. The manager stood up to take a leave. after he left, the employee felt great relief and sat in his chair to start with his work.
